DO YOU
HAVE HOMEOPATHIC TREATMENT FOR FIBROID OR MYOMAS, UTERINE POLYPS, INFERTILITY?
Frequently the Uterine Fibroid
are asymptomatic and their presence is detected exclusively
through clinical examination or gynecological ultrasound.
When it is consulted,
it is usually due to symptoms such as bleeding or fertility problems.
According to their location, in
which layer of the uterus they are located, the uterine fibroids are classified
as submucosal, intramural and suberous.
Submucous myomas does not affect
fertility . And between 5 to 10% of infertile women have fibroids.
Infertility in women is more
frequent after age 35, a period in which the incidence of fibroids also
increases.
Multiparous women have seen a
lower appearance of Fibroid or myomas, however, it is unknown whether
having children protects from fibroids or vice versa, if not being able to have
children is because of having fibroids.
For what they recommend in
general a maternity no more than 35 years, at least in Delhi, where each time,
it is delayed more the age to have children ..
Uterine Polyps and Fertility?
These have more incidence on
fertility.
Polyps in the uterus are called
endometrial (endo means inside and metrium means uterus): they
are lesions in a single site, which make the uterus grow and generally
benign, whose growth is hormone-dependent. They are frequently observed in
patients with metrorrhagia and infertility.
It is estimated that they affect
11 to 24% of infertile women.
Risk factors for its onset are
age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and hormone treatment.
The polyps must be differentiated
from submucous myomas and the ideal continuous examination
being hysteroscopy, that is, using a uterine endoscope, more or less, to
look inside the uterus.
Endometrial polyps can be
asymptomatic or produce symptoms, such as abnormal uterine bleeding,
hypermenorrhea (a lot of bleeding, excessive bleeding), metrorrhagia (this
means frank hemorrhage during menstruation) and intermenstrual drip.
They can present as a single
polyp, or many or associated with polyps in the cervix. If a
woman has polyps on the cervix, it is very likely that she has endometrial
polyps.
In the vast majority are
benign lesions and only in 0.5% of cases may correspond to an endometrial
carcinoma
